Dawn Frederickson, O.D. is a graduate of Indiana University in Bloomington. She completed her Bachelor of Science degree in 1991 followed by her Doctor of Optometry degree in 1993. In 1994, Dr. Frederickson completed a residency in Ocular Disease after which she moved to Ft. Wayne and has been providing eye care in both private practice and in association with ophthalmologists ever since.
Dr. Frederickson joined the staff at Ophthalmology Consultants in 2003 and divides her time between providing pre-operative and post-operative care for cataract surgery patients.
Ophthalmology Consultants are following my care after corneal transplants bilaterally. They are very thorough and caring about their patients. Highly recommend this practice to others. Dr. Dawn Frederickson is the best.
