Jeffrey D. Hudson is a board-certified ophthalmologist who graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in biology from Minnesota State University in Moorhead, Minnesota. After receiving a medical degree from the Indiana University School of Medicine in 2000, he completed an internship at Resurrection Medical Center in Chicago and an ophthalmology residency at the JU Medical Center in Indianapolis.
At Ophthalmology Consultants of Fort Wayne, Dr. Hudson cares for patients with diabetic eye conditions, glaucoma and has a special interest in cataract surgery.
Dr. Hudson is a member of the American Academy of Cataract and Refractive Surgeons, the American Academy of Ophthalmology, and the Fort Wayne Medical Society. He also serves on several boards of directors including Fort Wayne Medical Surety Company, and as president of the Indiana Academy of Ophthalmology.
Dr. Hudson enjoys music and attending sporting events in his free time. He and his wife, Stacey, also enjoy spending time with their three children.
I highly recommend Ophthalmology Consultants. They have performed my annual eye exams for a number of years and recently I had cataracts removed by Dr. Hudson. I can't say enough good things about the procedure from start to finish. Great outcome and couldn't be more pleased!
